"The reason I am writing you is that I would like to tell you how much I appreciate the quick response and professional 'can do' attitude of Mr. J, who has been our contact with your company both times. This latest crisis happened at a time when my husband was out of town on business, and I had no one to help me with the problems. Mr. J remembered working with us, called me back right away, and within a very short time had a plumber there, the leak stopped and the pipes repaired. He is working with USAA to make arrangements to repair the other damages caused by the leak, which I know will take a little longer.
